Overcoming Barriers to SMB Automation

There’s a clear changing of the guard in the small business market. Millions of older (Baby Boomer) business owners are in the process of retiring or "passing down" their companies.
While the process is ongoing, estimates suggest that as many as 400,000 small business owners will potentially retire in the next three years. At the same time, thousands of new, younger owners will launch new companies, especially in response to the decline of white-collar entry-level jobs being replaced by AI.
There's going to be a rush of new small business owners in the coming half decade. They'll be looking to run their businesses as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We're confident that AI tools and software will play a central role in their operations, although we’re not sure of the precise dimensions.
