Our last consumer survey was in November. See what has changed and what hasn't.

We recently completed our first consumer survey of 2025 and presented the topline results on a member call last week. Below are some of the key findings, a link to download the presentation and the call recording providing additional context.
In the next couple of weeks we'll be doing more drill downs on the data: iOS vs. Android, heavy AI users, a focus on local-specific findings and a deeper comparison of these data with those from our November survey. There are definitely surprises here and some insights that start to tell a very interesting story about how people are using AI and search – in both competing and complementary ways.
